About me

“I am Sunita, residing in the USA with my husband and two grown-up boys.”
Yoga became a part of my life after my first child was born by C section. My parents worried about my health because this was the first time in our family. The Dr suggested practicing yoga, and I lost the baby weight and had no stomach issues as I continued to practice.
After 18 years when my child left for college my yoga journey started again as a teacher. Life threw me another curve ball and after completion of my yoga training programs, we moved to the US.
Starting a new life again in a new country with new people, one of my previous students suggested I resume teaching in the US.
After four years of not looking back, my community and my students keep me looking ahead when I see their progress.
I will continue my work, heal people, and try my best to make them happy and better.
Create a calm, welcoming, and relaxed atmosphere for all students.
Help students develop their body and mind awareness, breath, and physical strength.
Demonstrate postures to students and support them in finding their correct poses safely while breathing correctly.
Conduct beginner and intermediate-level Yoga classes for members in Viniyoga, Pranayama, and Vinyasa.
