Quick 30 mins slow flow yoga classes, we focus on the importance of breath in each posture. We’ll explore how breath and spine movement are closely linked, enhancing our mindfulness on the mat. Breathing consciously is central to our practice, making each movement more meaningful and enriching our yoga experience.

This Monthly class takes place Tuesday and Thursday 7.30 am and 6.30 pm EST.
